An Xbloc of 3 m3 has been placed in the city centre of Rotterdam. The centre for modern art Witte de With organises the exhibition Melanchotopia as opening of the cultural season 2011/2012. Fifty international artists have been invited to present their artwork in places which are open to the general public.
