Shore Protection West Java, Indonesia
The first Xbloc® application was executed in West Java, Indonesia. The shore protection in front of a petrochemical site needed to be rehabilitated in a short time. The contractor proposed to apply Xbloc®.
Horizontal casting method
The armour units were produced using the horizontal casting method. This way the units are casted with the nose in the ground. This casting method, with low investment costs was an effective solution for this project.
