DMC has developed a new armour block which is called the XblocPlus. This block is based on the experiences during 15 years of Xbloc projects around the world.

DMC signed a license agreement for the use of Xbloc on the new Rize-Artvin airport.

8m3 Xblocs of 19 tons are being placed in Calais by the EX1900.

DMC signs Xbloc license agreement with China Harbour for placement of Xblocs at the Lekki Port project in Nigeria. Xblocs of 2, 3, and 5m3 will be placed at the breakwater of Lekki Port.

Within the IGA project in Istanbul, 16m3 blocks are being cast which are the biggest Xblocs applied so far.

The EX 1900 ton was received on the project site of Calais Port 2015. It will be used to place the 14m3 Xblocs (33.6ton) on the breakwater. Please click here for more information.

DMC has signed a license agreement with a JV of Kolin and Bayburt for the use of Xbloc in the Filyos Port Project in Turkey.

The Xbloc team will be present during the ICE Breakwater Conference in Liverpool from 5-7 September.

On site of the Istanbul new airport project, 16m3 Xbloc moulds have arrived. These large Xblocs will be placed at the roundhead of the breakwater, which provides shelter from the waves from the Black Sea.

Xbloc placement has started in the Dominican Republic. The Xbloc trail placement was a success.

BAM Infraconsult, under its trade name Delta Marine Consultants,  has signed a license agreement with Bouygues for the use of Xbloc on the large Expansion of the Calais Port in France.

Last week the Xbloc team visited the project Puerto Moin, in Costa Rica to give the Xbloc placement instruction and guide the trial placement.

All 5000 Xblocs have been placed on the breakwaters of Cadzand.

Gouda, The Netherlands – Delta Marine Consultants has signed a new license agreement for an Xbloc project for the Chatham Islands, one of New Zealand’s most remote communities.

Gouda, the Netherlands– Delta Marine Consultants has signed 2 new license agreements for Xbloc projects in Costa Rica and in the Dominican Republic.

Xbloc placement has started in Cadzand. Even the local news was present during the trial placement.
